How are InterNACHI® Certified Inspectors qualified?
  1. As a member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI), we have access to more than 4,500 hours of approved training.
  2. InterNACHI® Certified Inspectors must complete 24 hours of continuing education each year and pass the InterNACHI® Online Inspector Examination every three years to maintain their certification.
  3. The Goverment of Alberta requires a current criminal record check to be submitted with applications before issuing a Home Inspector License. Our inspectors also must be fully insured and bonded to obtain the Home Inspector License.
